Blue Waves Pounding the Shore

This painting was built up in layers. The trickle of water across the canvas is my effort to bring movement and a watery feeling to the art works. Actual pebbles and sand were used to bring realism to the work. The foam effect is made by splattering paint onto the canvas. Getting the ‘splatter’ where you want is not at all easy!
