Looping Rock Outcrops, Deep Shadows and Mountain Choughs

I have used the sketch from my sketch book as a starting point for this painting. The interest for me was the jagged outcrops of rock, the curving loops of the snow cornices in differing tones of blue and white and the dark outlines of Mountain Choughs on the breeze.
