Pale blue flax and red poppies at the edge of the field III

While travelling through Devon I passed a field of pale blue flax with a scattering of red poppies. I had to stop the car, get out and sketch; it is amazing I ever get anywhere! The interest was the geometric pattern made by a sloping field, a sun lit and shadowed hedge and cumuls clouds on the sky line bringing everything into sharp focus.
