Sand, Shadow, Harbour Wall, Five Boats and Ropes

I made a sketch and took photographs in the harbour in Mousehole on the Penwith peninsula in Cornwall. I found the division of space interesting. The ropes cut across the boats and looped to the harbour wall. The harbour wall went vertically down the space. The whole scene seemed to lock itself together. I have used a number of materials to try and get a three dimensional effect to the work.
