Snow Storm Over the Peaks

Acrylic on canvas. 12 by 10 ins.

While walking opposite the peaks of the Dents du Midi near Geneva I watched the snow clouds whirl round the peaks. Late afternoon sun edged the far ridges bright white. This painting was done in my studio from sketches made at the time.
