Nine Boats on the Slipway

Embellished collograph print 12 by 12 ins

The initial inspiration for this piece came on a walk to Church Cove on the Lizard in Cornwall. At Church Cove, a tiny slipway leads down to the water. Boats are pulled up the steep slipway and away from the sea. There is a marvellous view from the headland up the slipway to the boats and houses beyond.

I have embellished my initial collograph print with oil paint.
