Pink cerise

Living in the country gives me many opportunities to admire and paint wild flowers. I also have a garden in which to indulge my love of flowers. Pink cerise is a painting of some of the flowers in my garden. The painting has been built up using gutta the gum resist to draw with instead of a pen or pencil. I have used steam fix dyes. The piece has been steam fixed in the pressure cooker.
